Seller Inspection Report Explanation: A Pre-Sale home inspection has been completed in order for sellers to discover EVERYTHING that needed to be fixed or repaired. These items have been addressed. This inspection report will be available as soon as we get everything done and it is re-inspected on Dec 5th. The inspection report will be relayed back to you immediately upon the placing of an offer.
